Dates and Availability

Our planned tours leave throughout the year on the dates you choose. Given the significant demand for Chitwan safaris and the popularity of the route, we highly advise reserving at least 8 weeks ahead of time, particularly if traveling during peak seasons (Autumn/Spring). Private departures can be tailored to fit any group size.

Equipments

As this is a city and jungle excursion (rather than a trek), substantial equipment is not necessary. Nonetheless, we suggest the subsequent essentials:

  • Apparel: Lightweight layers for Kathmandu/Pokhara, and tropical/fast-drying attire for Chitwan.
  • Shoes: Cozy walking footwear/sneakers. Open sandals suitable for the hotel/Chitwan (moist conditions).
  • Safety: Sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat with a wide brim, and insect repellent (essential for Chitwan).
  • Optics: Binoculars for observing wildlife in Chitwan and viewing mountains in Pokhara.
  • Medical: Personal emergency kit and essential medications.

Essential Information

Safety: All wildlife activities in Chitwan are carried out with accredited naturalists. Kindly adhere to all guidelines throughout the safari to ensure your safety.

Flexibility: Although we strive to follow the scheduled itinerary, local traffic, weather (particularly for views from Sarangkot), or road conditions may require slight modifications.

Vehicle Enhancement: To ensure optimal comfort during the picturesque journeys, you can enhance your travel by opting for a domestic flight between Kathmandu/Pokhara/Chitwan for a slight additional expense.
