Rajan met me and listened very carefully to what I was looking for. After around ten minutes, he recommended a walk Nagarkot to Banepa, where you drive from Kathmandu for approximately 1 hour 20 minutes, driving to the top of the hill then he escorted me on the walk downhill, through forest and farmland all on a mixture of a good quality concrete road, to a few rough dirt parts and then a cobbled reasonable wide pathway. He has very good English told me just enough information mixed with general conversation which made the outing very enjoyable. We had a stop half way for some basic food at a small store. The scenery is superb, the weather perfect and the fact that it is all downhill, whilst 3 hours long, it reasonably straightforward and not at all taxing for anyone with a basic level of fitness. I am 74 and it was no trouble for me.

I travelled solo to do the 3 pass trek and Rajan at Walkers Expedition provided me with the transport I needed to get to Ramechhap airport. Upon returning he went out of his way to arrange a collection and drop off of 2 bags to Kathmandu I had stored in Ramechhap before the trip. Rajan also arranges climbs to Island Peak and Lobuche along the 3 pass trek which I would personally recommend checking out if you like an added challenge. Thank you Rajan for your kind service.

We had an amazing adventure. Rajan organised every last detail of the trip and we always felt safe and looked after. The porters were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We completed a 9 night hike through Langtang and Gosaikunda. It was an experience I will treasure forever. Rajan told us about local religions, culture and politics. I would highly recommend Walkers Expeditions to anyone wanting to explore Nepal.

We did a couple of day trips with M/s. Walkers Expedition. The trips were fantastic with amazing views and as per schedule. We would like to thank Rajan for his recommendations and coordination. I just completed a six day, five night trek to Gosainkunda Lake. Rajan planned a tailored trip for me as a solo traveler. He was very kind, attentive and accommodating.
